Recommended Books

Having the correct material to learn Japanese will cut down the time it takes you acquire the language. Through my years of study at the University of Hawaii and my extensive time in Japan I have looked through, bought, studied many different text and literature to learn Japanese. I have filtered out many books that were good but not great. The books recommended here will help you greatly on every stage of learning. The beauty of language is that everyone can become fluent. Get the right tools and the process is easier and quicker.

You will find that some of these books are out of print and can only be found at used book shops online.   These are great tools.  If you can get a copy of these, I strongly recommend that you do.
