One of the nicest things that I like about flying into and out of Narita and other airports in Japan is that they have counters that service delivery companies located right before you check in. This allows travelers to send their things to the airport and pick them up on the day of departure. This allows travelers to buy many wonderful gifts in Japan and it frees them from having to carry or lug them around on their journey.

I was doing a search for places to visit in Japan when I came upon a site with a bunch of Japan links. I had never come across this site before and was impressed at the links and deals it had to offer. They have a Yen Buster price club that gives up to 55% off hotel prices. Wow! I thought. After bit of digging into the site, I found out that this site is put up by JTB (a.k.a Japan Travel Bureau)

If you haven’t checked out the Japan Airlines site recently, I highly recommend you do.

Everyone knows that you can check on flight times and book a flight directly from their website. And, believe it or not, their prices aren’t too bad. They are a few dollars more than some of the discount sellers like Orbitz or Cheaptickets.com but then again you are buying from Jal and have their guarantee.

They now have a link to book reservations at one of the JAL affiliated hotels or at many other hotels through Octopus travel. The site doesn’t end there.

One topic that has been given a high priority in recent years is the “Vist Japan” campaign.  Japan has been putting more and more effort into building Japan as a great tourist spot.

The Public Relations Office (of the Japanese Government)  puts out  a magazine called, “Highlighting Japan“.  It is an online magazine that is easy to use and comes packed with well written articles.
